• Discord User ID: To link your game profile to your Discord account.
• Discord Guild ID: To track server-specific settings (if applicable).
• Gameplay Data: Levels, items, gold, and other in-game statistics.
• Command Usage: Logs of commands sent to the bot for debugging and anti-cheat purposes.

3. How We Use Information

Your data is used solely to provide the game service. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or tracking outside of the game context.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties. Data is only shared with our database provider (MongoDB Atlas) for storage purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your game profile is retained indefinitely to preserve your progress. If you stop playing, your data remains inactive but preserved unless a wipe occurs or you request deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (encrypted connections, secure database credentials) to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Third-Party Services

RPGX operates on the Discord platform. By using the bot, you are also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Children's Privacy

RPGX is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, in accordance with Discord's Terms. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Your Rights (Data Deletion)

You have the right to request a full deletion of your RPGX data. To do so, please contact the developer or use the in-game command (if available) or join our Support Server.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the official bot updates channel.
